1. Send a deletion request
You can request deletion of personal information held by KELBRIO in connection with Creator Operations. Requests are handled by an authorized operator.

2. What to include
Provide enough information to locate the relevant records, such as:
- Your name and a contact address where we can reply.
- The relevant Facebook Page name, Instagram username, account identifier or previous contact with KELBRIO.
- A short description of the information or interaction concerned and what you want deleted.
- If acting for someone else or for an organization, a brief explanation of your authority.
Keep authentication secrets private
Do not email passwords, access tokens, App Secrets, login codes or other authentication credentials. Do not send a government identity document unless a separate, proportionate verification method has been arranged.
3. How we verify and handle the request
We review the request, identify the information held by KELBRIO and, where necessary, ask for proportionate information to confirm identity or authority. We may use an existing contact channel or information already associated with the relevant account. Verification should not require you to disclose authentication secrets.
After verification, we assess the request under applicable data-protection law and arrange deletion of information within our control where required. We will explain the result, any further information reasonably needed, or any lawful reason for refusing part of the request.
Where the GDPR applies, we respond without undue delay and normally within one month of receiving a request. If the complexity or number of requests requires an extension, we may take up to two additional months and will explain the reasons within the first month. Submitting an email does not automatically delete data or trigger a self-service deletion API.
4. Information that may need to be retained
Some information may need to be retained to comply with a specific legal obligation, protect another person’s rights, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We may also retain a limited record of the request and its handling for accountability.
Where an exception applies, we will explain the category of information retained and the reason, subject to any legal restriction on disclosure. Retention is limited to the relevant purpose. See the retention criteria in our Privacy Policy.
5. Disconnect the app through Meta
You can also remove or revoke Creator’s authorization in the relevant Meta account settings. Look for the application under Business integrations or Apps and websites; the exact location and wording depend on the account and Meta interface. Select the relevant Creator application and follow Meta’s removal instructions.
Disconnecting the app affects future platform access. It does not by itself ensure deletion of information already held by KELBRIO. Send a separate request using the email address above if you want that information assessed for deletion.
Information independently held by Meta is governed by Meta’s own controls and policies. A request to KELBRIO does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account, or necessarily remove information held independently by another account owner or provider.
